Delivery & Returns
Delivery of all orders is subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
For orders over £1000 please contact us, we will do our very best to keep your carriage costs as low as possible and find the best option for you based on order value and carriage volume.
UK: 1-2 Working Day Delivery
If you order to a UK address, your order will be sent out on a next day delivery service via DHL and we will make every effort to get it to you quickly, however we are unable to guarantee that your order will arrive the following day as this is dependent on your region and the products ordered. If you order on Friday or over the weekend, we will make every effort to dispatch your order on Monday morning to be delivered to you on Tuesday.
Please be aware that UK bank holidays may delay your order; for example, if you place your order over a bank holiday weekend, it will not be dispatched until the Tuesday as this is the next working day.

Returns
As a wholesale company supplying trade customers, we are not bound by the distance selling regulations. You may not cancel your order if we receive your notice after the goods have been dispatched. We may deliver the goods in installments depending on what you are ordering. If you find you have a problem with the delivery or with any of the products please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
